Steven is an RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor and RICS Advisor and Party Representative with over 25 years of construction and infrastructure experience both in PLC and main contracting, working alongside complex teams on schemes in excess of £1.2 billion with some of the largest construction and infrastructure contractors and clients globally.
